Delivery Charges

Orders
Orders are accepted on the basis that prices charged will be those ruling
on the date of despatch.
Claims
Claims for goods damaged in transit or for shortages against invoice must
be submitted in writing within seven days of receipt of goods. Claims for
non-delivery must be made within fourteen days of the despatch date on the
invoice.
Return of Goods
Goods supplied in accordance with a customer's order and subsequently returned
for credit will only be accepted if our written permission has been obtained.
We reserve the right to deduct a 20% handling charge excluding Value Added
Tax.
Prices
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
Title of Goods
Until payment in full has been made by the customer, we retain title to
all goods supplied by us.
Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed against defects arising from faulty materials and
workmanship. The guarantee is limited to the replacement of the faulty part
and is not extended to cover defects caused by misuse, neglect, accident
or wear and tear.
Consequential Damage
All goods are sold on the understanding that we cannot accept any liability
for consequential damage, loss or personal injury as a result of the use
of our products, nor can we undertake to bear the cost of any work involved
in refitting a new or required part.
Exports
All export goods are priced F.O.B. British port and packed in strong cases
which will be charged at cost.
